Nexvia is a SaaS cloud-based Construction Project Management platform built for SME builders, subcontractors and fit-out specialists across Australia and Recent Zealand, digitising manual workflows and unifying project and business management tools such as budgeting, scheduling, compliance and reporting into a single system. Scope of Role
Reporting to the Support Team Leader, this role will be responsible for being the first line of contact for our users who are looking for assistance in managing their Nexvia accounts. You will help clients navigate our software, resolvetheir queries, and ensurethey receive the best possible experience with our team.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver outstanding customer support via email and phone, embodyingour commitment to excellent customer experience.
Continuously develop in-depth product knowledgethrough internal training, team knowledge-sharing, and hands‐on use of the platform.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to help build a better way forward,
communicating insights to internal teams.
Contribute to our internal and external Knowledge Base Articles by writing new documentation and updating existing content.
Hands‐on troubleshooting and bug investigation as required.
Skills and Experience
A quick learner, able to master new systems and tools, with a genuine interest in software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members alike.
A proactive problem‐solver, curious and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Able to work under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results even in challenging situations.
A collaborative spirit, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Organised and motivated to contribute within a high performing team.
Previous experience in a customer facing position within the software space will be highly regarded, although is not essential.
