The Palyku-Jartayi Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (PJAC) seeks an in-house Legal Counsel to support the CEO, Board and Elders on Native Title, heritage, ILUAs, and governance matters. Reporting to the CEO, you will provide strategic legal advice, manage external counsel, and guide due diligence for mergers or partnerships while upholding confidentiality and high ethical standards.
The role requires remote collaboration with stakeholders and a proactive approach to risk management and compliance
