Smithfield Foods is seeking a capable QA Manager for a 2nd shift (2-11pm) at our Victoria, Australia facility. You will lead shift QA staff, oversee SPC and regulatory inspections, and drive continuous improvement in product quality and food safety programs.
You will apply SQF, HACCP and USDA-aligned standards, manage training, performance plans, and corrective actions, and act as QA Manager when needed to ensure plant goals are achieved.
