The Position
This opportunity is ideally suited to a GP who values traditional family medicine and enjoys building lasting patient relationships.
With multiple doctors reducing their hours or approaching retirement over the coming years, there is a rare chance to establish yourself within a practice where demand already exists. You'll be supported to build your own style of practice, pursue special interests and develop long-term continuity of care with a diverse patient population.
The role offers flexible sessions across 2-4 days per week, full nursing support and strong earning potential through a mixed billing model. You'll benefit from a patient cohort that spans all age groups, with a particular focus on chronic disease management, preventative health and family medicine.
Remuneration includes 70% of billings and a $180 per hour guarantee for the first three months.
The Practice
Established in ****, this privately owned medical centre has built a reputation as a genuine community practice where many patients have been attending for generations. The practice remains GP-owned and independent, maintaining a strong focus on personalised care rather than high-volume medicine.
The team currently consists of eight GPs supported by experienced nurses and onsite pathology services. As several long-standing practitioners transition towards retirement, an incoming GP will have the opportunity to step into an established environment with significant patient demand and excellent long-term succession prospects.

Essential Criteria
FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent
Unrestricted AHPRA registration
