ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Nursing Centre Assistant in Nursing to provide personalised care to residents per their care plans, under RN supervision. You will document health observations and contribute to care plan reviews, supporting registered staff.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, upholding care standards and engaging in ongoing career development while delivering compassionate, culturally secure aged care in a community setting.
