Tesserent, part of the Thales group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Managing Consultant in Offensive Security to join our team on a full-time basis, located in the vibrant Melbourne CBD.

In this leadership and advisory role, you will help drive progress and secure critical infrastructure and enterprise environments. Your daily responsibilities will naturally align with industry standards for senior offensive security professionals, encompassing:
Leading and executing complex offensive security engagements, such as penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments for a diverse range of clients.




Mentoring and guiding technical team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing security culture.
Collaborating closely with clients to interpret technical findings, assess risk profiles, and provide strategic remediation advice.
Managing project lifecycles from scoping and execution through to high-quality report delivery.
Staying current with emerging threat vectors, attack techniques, and security tools to ensure our services remain at the cutting edge.
