Automic Group in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Manager, Corporate Actions to own the end-to-end lifecycle for Fund Administration and Custody clients. You will manage event capture, elections, entitlement processing and settlement, collaborating with middle/back office, sub-custodians, market data providers and proxy agents to ensure deadlines are met.
The role calls for a finance or commerce degree and hands-on experience in corporate actions, with CAM/IBOR platforms, Bloomberg and advanced Excel
