When you tell people where you work, they'll nod with genuine respectThe RoleContract AdministratorYou'll be embedded across exciting, meaningful projects and supported by a leadership team that genuinely invests in your growth.Day to day you'll be across:Subcontract letting, scoping and procurementProgress claims, variations and cost reportingBudget management and financial forecastingRFI management and subcontractor coordinationSupporting project delivery from award through to completionWhether you're coming from a New Build, Fitout or Refurb background or a mix of all three you'll find a home here.What You Actually Need2 to 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator with a reputable builderSolid understanding of subcontract management and the construction lifecycle as well as Head Contract ExperienceA sharp eye for detail and genuine commercial awarenessThe ability to build relationships with subbies,
