you'll achieve any goal you set your mind to.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Business Analyst & IT Specialist exists to serve as the primary point of contact for IT operations within MESHKI and to drive forward key technology projects and improvements.
Reporting to the Technology Manager, the role's main focus is to provide a seamless IT experience by managing our IT service provider, ensuring SLA compliance and completion of projects.
The role also expands to support business analysis, process discovery, and actively finding opportunities for efficiency and automation across all teams within the business.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGServing as the primary liaison between MESHKI and external Managed Service ProvidersMonitoring IT support tickets, ensuring SLAs are met and escalations are handled promptlyActing as the go to person for internal staff regarding IT escalation issues, access requests, and hardware needsManaging user onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspectiveAssisting in planning, coordinating, and executing projects including system migrations, office setups, and process changesIdentifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for technological improvement across departmentsGathering and documenting business requirements for new software or automation initiativesDeveloping clear, user friendly guides, policies,
