This is an exciting opportunity to move beyond the gym floor and into a rewarding career in fitness education.Whether you are already delivering training or are an experienced fitness qualified looking to transition into education through our Teacher Pathways Program, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Campus Educator, you will deliver engaging and practical fitness education to students completing Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness qualifications.This role involves face-to-face classroom delivery, practical gym-based learning, student support, assessment, and mentoring.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging face-to-face classes, workshops, and practical training sessionsTrain, assess, and support students in both classroom and practical learning environmentsDeliver Certificate III and IV in Fitness programsDemonstrate and supervise practical assessments within a commercial gym environmentProvide constructive feedback and ongoing student supportMaintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environmentDeliver First Aid and CPR training where requiredEncourage student engagement, motivation, and career developmentWhy You'll Love Working HereAt FIT College, we believe our people are part of the FIT Family.
