We operate 13 facilities across 10 cities, employ over 4,000 people, produce over 47 million meals, and service more than 250,000 flights annually.About the roleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Unit Logistics Officer to join our Purchasing team based at Sydney Airport.Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels of airline equipment and catering supplies, ensuring stock availability to meet daily operational demand across multiple airline partners.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage daily inventory levels and stock availabilityCoordinate replenishment of airline equipment and suppliesLiaise with airlines, logistics providers, and customs brokersConduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory recordsTrack and report on stock issues, delays, and discrepanciesForecast stock requirements to meet operational demandMaintain documentation for audits and complianceWhat do you need to be successful in securing this role?




Experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chainStrong Excel and data management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesHigh attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a quick-paced operational environmentExperience in airline catering or similar industry (desirable)What's in it for you?
