We are the Makers of Possible.As aTerritory Manager - Peripheral Intervention, you'll take ownership of theCentralSydney and West, working across hospitals to grow BD's Peripheral Intervention portfolio.This role suits someone with astrong clinical backgroundwho is confident in hospital environments and enjoys translating clinical conversations into commercial outcomes.
You'll work closely with interventional specialists, cath lab teams, nursing staff and procurement, building trusted relationships and driving product adoption.Your Day‐to‐DayAs a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and growing BD's presence across Peripheral Intervention accounts.Your day will include:Driving adoption of BD's Peripheral Intervention portfolio across Gold Coast hospitalsBuilding robust relationships with cath lab, cardiology, interventional radiology and vascular teamsDelivering product presentations,



clinical education and in‐service trainingIdentifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and target accountsDeveloping and executing territory plans aligned to quarterly sales objectivesSupporting tender and rate‐contract opportunities where requiredMonitoring competitor activity and market trendsMaintaining accurate CRM records, call plans and sales reportingManaging consignment, boot stock and capital equipment in line with policiesWorking closely with Sales and Product Managers to maximise territory performanceThis is a field‐based role with strong clinical engagement and hands‐on territory ownership.About YouYou're clinically credible, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously in a hospital environment.You'll bring:Experience inmedical device sales, or a strongclinical backgroundwith exposure to interventional settingsClinical experience incath lab, cardiology, interventional radiology or vascularenvironments (highly regarded)Strong communication and influencing skillsConfidence presenting to and engaging clinical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targetsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunitiesExperience with CRM systems and MS OfficeA proactive, customer‐focused approachValid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territoryWhy BD?
