The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering change on large-scale digital projects, ideally within universities or similarly complex environments.Key Requirements:Demonstrated experience leading change for enterprise-wide digital transformation programsStrong understanding of the student lifecycle (from recruitment and admissions through to graduation and alumni engagement)Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planningDevelopment and delivery of change strategies, communications,
