You're a strategic and critical thinker.What You'll Be Doing:Designing and leading online qualitative projects - think digital diaries, mobile ethnography, online communities, video storytelling, social listening, market scans, and cultural insights.Capturing in-the-moment behaviour and turning it into compelling cultural insight.Working on brand strategy, innovation, and communications projects across a range of top commercial clients.Championing new tools and methods.
As a global collective, this business has an exciting range of tech and tools for you to play with and they are always open to hearing about recent methods.About You:3-4+ years' experience in qualitative research, with strong online qual exposure.Passionate about human behaviour, storytelling, and cultural trends.Able to talk directly with a client to understand their needs and challenges and translate that into a research brief.Able to deliver a Qual project end to end,



collaborating internally to ensure client excellence.A confident presenter who makes sure their insights land for clients, are actionable and meet objectives.Experience in cocreation and workshopping will be highly regarded.You might have an academic background in anthropology, sociology, or psychology (or just a natural knack for digging deep into people's lives).
