safety and client expectations while delivering the level of finish Cumberland Building is known for.Your ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activitiesDrive programme, quality and safety outcomesCoordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliersManage procurement and material schedulingMaintain robust client and consultant relationshipsMentor Site Engineers, Foremen and junior team membersDeliver projects to Cumberland's exceptional quality standardsAbout YouTo be considered you will have:Cert IV or Diploma in Construction (preferred)Minimum 5 years' Site Management experience on projects valued above $5MHigh-end residential experience with exceptional attention to detailStrong leadership and communication skillsWhy Cumberland?
