This is a very physically and mentally demanding outdoor job — but if you're prepared to work hard, you can earn far more than a standard casual role and stay fit at the same time.

High earning potential — most planters earn $*****/hr; top performers earn $70–$80/hrGuaranteed minimum pay — you're always protected by our Award Wage guarantee of $***** per hour (minus lunch break) and never penalised for a slow dayFlexible work pattern — part-time days or more days available depending on your situationStay fit while you earn — daily physical work keeps you in shapeVisa-friendly work available — some of our sites count towards 2nd and 3rd year Working Holiday visas for eligible workersYoung, energetic, supportive team — planter-owned and operated, we know what the job demandsRegular outdoor work across interesting environmental restoration sites around NSWWhat You'll DoPlant trees and plants of all sizes at diverse revegetation and landscaping jobsitesWork at a fast pace while maintaining high planting quality and site standardsFollow site instructions and safety proceduresBring strong energy, reliability and a positive attitude to every shiftPay and ConditionsEmployment type: CasualPay structure: Piece-rate with a guaranteed minimumGuaranteed minimum: $*****/hr on the jobsiteWe calculate both your piece-rate earnings and your hourly equivalent — and pay whichever is higherMost planters earn $*****/hr; top planters earn $******/hr once up to speedTypical hours: Monday to Friday, approx.
7:00am – 3:30pm,



with flexibility and potential for up to 6 days/week during busy periodsWhat We're Looking ForPhysically fit — a sporting or gym background is a strong advantageComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (work may be called off in very heavy rain)Robust work ethic and mental toughness — able to handle repetitive, demanding physical tasksWhite Card (Construction Induction Card) — required before starting; we can advise on how to obtain one quickly if neededDriver's licence and reliable transport (own vehicle or willingness to arrange transport)Steel-cap boots and basic PPE (or willingness to obtain before starting)Getting Up to SpeedNew planters should expect the first couple of weeks to be very challenging while they learn the job and build speed.
