This is a fantastic opportunity where you will have the chance to create a unique experience for our guests, take good care, and lead a dynamic team with integrity.A few of your responsibilities:Supervise a large team on shift and assist with training, development and performance managementSet daily performance objectives for the team and supervise the service flow and performance standardsEnsure accurate cash handling procedures are followedAssist the Venue Manager to support achievement of financial and operational targetsEnsure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings,
and ensure a smooth transition and handover between shiftsMonitor the quality of food & beverages to service to ensure high standards are maintainedEnsure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and materialsWhat we are looking for:Supervisory experience within a high volume hospitality environment including a thorough knowledge of food and beveragesExceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guestsHighly organised and eager, with a high attention to detailFlexible availability to meet the venue operating hoursCurrent NSW RSA Statement of AttainmentAbout you:As an expert in Management, you understand the essence of leading a team to deliver a world-class service.
