With consultants located across Australia, we partner with organisations of all sizes and industries to deliver practical workplace health and safety solutions that make a real difference.Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated WHS Consultant to join our team.Whether you're looking to step into consulting or continue building your WHS career, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to a diverse range of industries, and make a genuine impact with our clients.About the RoleAs a WHS Consultant, you'll work directly with a portfolio of clients, providing practical advice and support across all aspects of workplace health and safety.You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, including:Conducting WHS audits and gap analysesDeveloping and reviewing WHS management systems, policies and proceduresCompleting workplace inspections and risk assessmentsDelivering WHS training, workshops and toolbox talksAssisting clients with legislative compliance and Codes of PracticeIncident investigations and corrective action managementCoaching and supporting business leaders on WHS obligationsPreparing qualified reports and recommendationsSupporting clients with ongoing continuous improvement initiativesYou'll be supported by an experienced leadership team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own client portfolio.To be successful,



you will have:Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher)Minimum 12 months' experience in a WHS-related roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesStrong computer and Microsoft Office skillsCurrent Australian Driver LicenceDesirable (Highly Regarded)The following experience will be viewed favourably:Return to Work Coordinator experience or trainingWorkers' compensation or injury management experienceCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentLead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualificationsTertiary qualifications in WHS or related disciplineWhy Join Safety Partners?
