This role will drive customer growth, improve sales productivity, and unify marketing and sales through a single customer view.Lead CRM strategy and optimisation of HubSpot Marketing Hub EnterpriseOwn and maintain a unified customer database across marketing and salesConsolidate tools into HubSpot to streamline executionBuild and optimise automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, events, remarketing, retention)Partner with HORECA Sales to translate field activity into scalable CRM programsDeliver campaigns across landing pages, email, and paid/social channelsDevelop dashboards and reporting on performance, ROI, and attributionDrive CRM adoption, training, and ongoing optimisationWhat you'll bring5+ years in CRM/Marketing Automation with robust HubSpot experienceProven ability to build lifecycle programs that drive acquisition and retentionExperience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsStrong analytical, commercial,
