Fashion Designer / Clothing Patternmaker – Modest WearThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating modest wear designs, developing garment patterns, preparing samples, and supporting the production process from initial concept through to finished garments.Key responsibilities- Design modest wear garments including dresses, abayas, tops, skirts, and other apparel.
- Develop and modify garment patterns for production.
- Create technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications.
- Prepare and adjust samples to achieve correct fit and quality.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, and garment finishes.
- Work with manufacturers and suppliers to bring designs into production.
- Identify and resolve garment construction and fitting issues.




- Maintain accurate pattern and design records.Skills and experience requiredExperience in fashion design and clothing pattern making.Robust knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and production methods.Ability to translate design concepts into production-ready garments.Experience with pattern-making techniques and needs to be able to use CLO 3D software.What we offerFull-time position within a growing Australian modest wear brandOpportunity to contribute to new collections and product development.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
