We're looking for a motivated Production Shift Supervisor to join our Operations team in Minto!
About the RoleAs a Production Shift Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping our factory running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
You'll lead from the front—coordinating people, processes, and equipment to meet production targets while ensuring safety is always the number one priority.What You'll Be DoingLead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality productionCoordinate staffing, schedules, and workflows to meet production demandsMonitor and report on production output, quality, and waste reductionFacilitate production meetings and toolbox talksDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all WHS and environmental standardsProvide first-line troubleshooting and support during production challengesCollaborate with maintenance, logistics, planning, and customer service teamsCoach and develop team members through training and one-on-onesLead by example to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team cultureParticipate in emergency response planning and executionAbout YouYou're a proactive, hands-on people leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and bringing out the best in others.
You take pride in maintaining high safety standards and believe in collaboration,



accountability, and continuous improvement.2+ years' experience in a production or technical manufacturing role (experience within plastic moulding/PVC industry is advantageous)Trade qualification is advantageousStrong understanding of equipment, processes, and operationsExperience with quality, process improvement, and safety systemsExcellent planning, organisation, and communication skillsA collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and influence teamsAdaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced production environmentA results-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvementWhat's in it for youWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
