We are seeking a motivated and safety-focusedDay Shift Factory Sorter to join our Wetherill Park branch to contribute to the smooth operation of our recycling facility.What You'll DoSort material for destruction on conveyor belts and tablesOperate shredding and baling equipment according to safety and quality standardsAccurately record information for inbound and outbound loadsPerform pre-start checks on machinery and equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility and equipmentAssist with loading, unloading, and moving pallets, bins, and containersEnsure loads are secure and meet quality requirementsReport any non-compliance or equipment issues to supervisorsWhat You BringForklift licence preferred but not essentialAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficientlyPositive,
