You will own both sides of it: the provider relationships you bring and build, and the workforce that serves them.
And you will do it with technology behind you that most agencies cannot offer.What you will doBring and build provider relationships across NDIS, aged care, home care and allied health, from first conversation through to agreementDevelop recent provider relationships across NDIS, aged care, home care and allied health, from first conversation through to agreementGrow and service existing provider accounts as a trusted workforce partnerRecruit, interview and onboard support workers, nurses and allied health professionalsMatch workers with suitable opportunities and grow our agency workforce across AustraliaManage compliance and credentialing requirementsAdvise providers on market conditions, pay rates, award classifications and realistic timeframesOwn your pipeline and the growth of your deskWork with our technology team to develop smarter systems and workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and the customer experienceAbout youYou will thrive in this role if you are:Driven,



self-motivated and results focusedCommercially minded with a growth mindsetPassionate about people and creating better outcomesCurious and always looking for better ways of doing thingsConfident using technology and learning new systemsA natural relationship builderComfortable working in a fast-moving and growing businessWhat you will needAn established network across disability, aged care, allied health or community services providers — people who would take your call5+ years' recruitment experience, with a current or recent 360 desk covering both clients and candidatesDemonstrable provider or client relationships in disability, aged care, allied health or community servicesA track record of building new relationships, not only servicing accounts handed to youWorking knowledge of NDIS worker screening, police checks, WWCC and AHPRA where relevantFamiliarity with SCHADS and the award framework the care workforce is paid underMotivated by growth targets and comfortable owning commercial outcomesSydney-based, with the appetite to be in front of providersWhy join Support Network?
