We're looking for a passionate and proactive Merchandise Manager (our internal title for our Assistant Managers) to support daily operations, drive team performance, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:Support the Store Manager in running all aspects of store operationsLead, coach and motivate team members to achieve targets and provide excellent serviceMaintain high standards in visual merchandising and stock presentationAssist in managing stock control, rostering, and daily reportingAct as a role model for the team and step up as acting Store Manager when neededAt least 2 years' retail experience in a management or supervisory roleStrong communication and people skillsOrganised, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced environmentA passion for retail, problem-solving,
