We are looking for a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition from managing the front desk to assisting in the procedure room.Your ResponsibilitiesClinical Support: Assist Doctors with minor surgical procedures, including minor wound care and suture removal.Laser Therapy: Perform cosmetic laser treatments under Doctor instructions, ensuring patient safety and exceptional results.Front Desk Excellence: Manage the patient journey from meet-and-greet to billing.
Duties include scheduling appointments, managing recalls, and answering patient enquiries.Clinic Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and clinical sterility throughout the practice.Patient Care: Provide a pleasant and calm environment for patients, ensuring they feel supported through both medical and cosmetic journeys.Qualifications: Must hold current Laser Therapy Qualifications and a valid First Aid Certificate.Experience:



Proven experience in both laser therapy and medical front desk/reception roles is essential.Skills: Strong ability to multitask with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.Attitude: A quick learner with a genuine interest in medical skin treatments.
