motivating and supporting team members during shiftsConducting staff briefings and managing live rostersAllocating duties and completing shift reportingAssisting with team training and developmentEnsuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently achievedManaging customer feedback, complaints and service recoveryMaintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational compliancePromoting Club products, services and membership offeringsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous supervisory experience within a hospitality environmentStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsA qualified and positive approach to team leadershipThe ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentSound problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilitiesExperience with POS systems, cash handling and basic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and operational awarenessCurrent RSA and RCG competency cardsAvailability and flexibility to work rotating rosters including day, mid and night shiftsIf you are looking to further develop your leadership career within a well-established and progressive hospitality venue, we encourage you to apply.We build the excitement; you build a career!
