Working within the Programs & Activities team, you'll deliver safe, inclusive, and culturally aware programs that enhance social connection and promote healthy routines.Facilitate recreational and fitness-based programs aligned with the monthly P&A; schedulePromote inclusion, motivation, and positive engagement among detaineesAccurately record detainee attendance and maintain program dataProvide feedback to help shape and improve program deliverySupport detainees in building self-management,



life skills and resilienceConsider social, cultural and religious diversity in program design and deliveryRespond appropriately to emergency situations within gym or recreational areasTo be successful in this role:You're approachable, energetic, and passionate about sharing your skills to help others.
