The Opportunity
As MyState continues to expand across Queensland, you'll play a key role in elevating our profile and helping us build meaningful connections with customers, communities, partners and stakeholders throughout the state. Reporting to the Senior Leader, Brand & Strategic Marketing, you'll lead the delivery of sponsorship and community engagement initiatives that strengthen awareness, drive consideration and support our growth ambitions in Queensland.
You'll:
Identify and evaluate sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand, customer and commercial objectives.
Develop and deliver sponsorship activations that create memorable experiences and maximise investment value.
Build strong relationships with community organisations, partners and stakeholders across Queensland.
Develop community engagement initiatives that strengthen MyState's local relevance and community presence.
Measure performance, evaluate ROI and provide insights that shape future investment decisions.
Partner across Brand, Marketing and Customer teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
From major sponsorship activations in Brisbane to community partnerships across regional Queensland, you'll have the opportunity to leave your mark on a brand that's actively building its future.

What You'll Bring
You'll be a commercially minded relationship builder with experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events, marketing or community engagement.
You'll bring:
Proven success delivering sponsorship activations and community programs that drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills.




The ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.
A data-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Most importantly, you'll be excited by the opportunity to help grow MyState's presence across Queensland and create partnerships that have a genuine impact on local communities.
