Our clients include industry superannuation funds, investment platform, advisers and retail investors.Your New Role:We are searching for a Business Development Support person to join the Ausbil team.
The role will primarily focused on supporting the Business Development Managers through outbound calls to financial planners, pipeline support and high-level support for event follow up.While limited in scope, the person will also help support financial planners and investors with their daily online and telephone enquiries.Business Development Support – Conducting outbound calls to financial planners and pipeline support, high level support for events.
Rebate facilitation and support.Systems and Reporting – Administration and maintenance of Salesforce.
Preparation of monthly reports.Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to adviser and client enquiries, help resolve issues and provide accurate information about our products.Process customer requests:Efficiently manage and process customer requests by being the contact between us and our unit registry provider.Be a team player: Assist other teams with ad hoc tasks, exposing you to areas such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations,
