The RoleLocation: Milperra, NSWHours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pmEmployment: Ongoing full-timeStart: ImmediateApplicants must be available to commit to the full Monday to Friday shift pattern on an ongoing basis.What You'll Be DoingWorking as part of a busy food production team, your duties may include:Meat processing and general food productionMust be able to handle all kinds of meat eg beef, pork chickenKnife work, including cutting, deboning, slicing, and hand processingMincing, mixing, weighing, and portioning productsOperating food processing machinery and ovensPacking, sealing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatchStock rotation, receiving goods, and order fulfilmentManual handling and lifting products weighing up to *****kgCleaning production equipment and work areas using food-safe chemicalsFollowing strict HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and WHS proceduresWorking efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targetsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in meat processing, butchery, food manufacturing, or food production is highly regarded.
We will also consider candidates with commercial kitchen, kitchen hand, food preparation,
