MedipaQ Pty Ltd ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), TherapeuticGoods Administration (TGA) requirements, and relevant workplace health and safety standards.
With increasing production volumes, strict regulatory requirements, and expanding client demands, the business requires structured operational coordination and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day activities, effective communication across departments, and ongoing compliance with industry standards.
About the RoleThe Office Manager is a key position responsible for planning, organising, and managing the administrative and operational support functions of the business.
The role ensures efficient office operations, effective resource allocation, compliance with regulatory requirements,



and coordination of personnel and business activities.
The position requires strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills to support business operations and maintain efficient administrative systems within a dynamic transport and logistics workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the planning, development, and evaluation of office services, including setting priorities and establishing service standards to maintain efficient operationsAllocate and oversee human resources, workspace, and equipment to effectively support business functions and operational needsDelegate duties to administrative staff and supervise their performance to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company proceduresOversee and maintain office records, documentation, and financial information to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and operational integrityCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and service providers, to coordinate activities and resolve operational mattersMonitor and ensure that office equipment and supplies are properly maintained and replenished to support continuous operationsMaintain compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS)



regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employeesEnsure all office activities comply with relevant government legislation, policies, and organisational guidelinesSetting service standards, budgeting responsibility, and clear decision-makingManage personnel-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, staff training, and supervisionRequirementsAustralian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to applyAQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field ORAt least 3 years of relevant work experience may substitute for formal qualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in office management or a similar administrative roleStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of logistics or freight forwarding processes is an advantageWork ConditionsFull-time positionWork location: In personNote - Preference will be given to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
