In our **** Employee Engagement Survey, KUSCH achieved an 89.5% employee engagement score and 97% favourable overall employee satisfaction.The RoleAs a BIM Technician, you'll support the delivery of prefabricated and structural design projects, working closely with structural, mechanical and electrical teams and architects to ensure seamless coordination.This role is based at our Sydney office with hybrid working arrangements available.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality structural drafting for prefabrication and design projectsCoordinate our BIM models with multiple other disciplinesBuild client demand for BIM services by engaging proactively with external stakeholdersDevelop analytical models in Revit and interface with structural design softwarePrepare detailed drawings for concrete, steel,
