Fallshaw Group is seeking an experienced Internal Technical Sales & Trade Counter Sales professional to join our team in Silverwater, NSW.
This is a full time position that combines technical expertise with exceptional customer service to drive sales and support our trade and retail customers.
You will be the face of Fallshaw Group at our trade counter, providing specialist advice, processing orders, and building lasting relationships with clients across various industries.Key responsibilitiesManage the trade counter and provide expert product knowledge and technical advice to walk-in customers and trade partners (lots of training provided)Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and correct billingIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions that meet their specific requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with regular and new customers through outstanding service and follow-upHandle customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person with professionalism and courtesyMaintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer details and inventory levelsLook after the showroom including merchandising and restocking.
Use the walkie stacker to unload/load pallets from trucks - training provided, no licence required.What we're looking forProven experience in trade counter sales, technical sales or a similar customer-facing sales roleThe ability to quickly learn technical specifications and featuresProficiency in sales systems, point-of-sale software and basic computer skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneouslyHigh level of professionalism, reliability and attention to detailWhat we offerMonday to Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm.
