Head of Marketing | Healthcare Staffing | Growth, Brand & DigitalAt Acacium Group, we're building Australia's leading healthcare staffing brands, connecting healthcare professionals with the organisations that need them most.We're looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of growth across our healthcare, aged care and childcare businesses.
This is a senior leadership role with a clear mandate: drive candidate attraction, support client acquisition and deliver measurable impact on business performance.This is not a role focused solely on brand awareness.
We want someone who can translate marketing activity into tangible outcomes including candidate growth, filled shifts, client acquisition and return on investment.What you'll be doingYou'll develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports our growth ambitions across multiple healthcare staffing brands and markets.
Working closely with business leaders across Australia and internationally, you'll ensure marketing priorities align with workforce demand, client growth and commercial performance.
You'll also play a key role in shaping our brand strategy, market positioning and customer experience as we continue to evolve and grow our healthcare staffing portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Leading candidate attraction strategies across healthcare, aged care and childcare sectorsDelivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, websites, CRM and paid mediaDriving client acquisition initiatives and supporting tender and proposal activityBuilding marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly demonstrate ROIOwning website performance,
