This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work.Key Responsibilities:We are seeking Civil Construction Labourers to carry out a variety of manual labouring tasks on-site including:Preliminary Works: Assisting with site setup and preparation.Pavement Construction: Laying and finishing pavements to specifications.Conduits & Subsoils: Installing conduits and subsoil drainage systems.Pit Rendering: Applying rendering to pits as required.Fencing: Installing and maintaining fencing around work sites.Drainage: Assisting with the installation and maintenance of drainage systems.Finishing Works: Completing final site finishing tasks.General Labouring: Supporting general site duties as needed.We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:Prior experience in the construction industry is highly valuedAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a teamPhysically capable of performing the role's dutiesA construction white cardValid Driver's Licence with flexibility to travel between job sitesStrong commitment to health, safety, setting and quality standardsA proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiativeWEM Civil Team Benefits:Remuneration:
