You will work closely with support workers, allied health professionals, families, and the broader care team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered at all times.This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced clinical supports, including:Ventilator managementTracheostomy carePEG feeding and managementComplex respiratory careSpinal cord injury supportClinical assessment and oversight of support teamsWe offer a variety of consistent shifts across a 24/7 roster, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while building meaningful relationships with clients and making a genuine difference in their lives.You will also have access to ongoing training,
