Hill Street Grocer Hobart, Tasmania is seeking a Smallgoods Team Member to join the Cambridge butchery and commercial kitchen on a full time basis. You will help make a range of smallgoods including hams, terrines, pates, and sausages, for sale in our Hill Street stores under the Wursthaus brand.
You'll work in a small team, follow food handling and WHS rules, and contribute to quality control and presentation.
