Job Description
Regional Australia Bank Ltd is seeking a Branch Leader for Taree, Tuncurry and Wingham. In this hands-on role you will lead three local branches, coach teams, and balance people leadership with customer service, operations, risk and growth initiatives.
You will base at the Taree Branch, working to keep branches running smoothly, support community customers, and drive local growth while maintaining strong risk and compliance practices. ASIC Tier II accreditation is required.
