About the role:
About this role This is an excellent chance for an emerging project professional to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while supporting the delivery of a major project package. Partnering with an experienced Package Manager, you'll assist in coordinating design, procurement, contracts, project controls, and construction activities, helping to keep delivery on track from planning through to completion. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the project and play an important role in achieving safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.
Support the Package Manager in developing and maintaining the package delivery plan, including scope, schedule, and budget
Assist in preparing package status reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders
Support preparation of scopes of work, tender packages, and requests for quotation for subcontractors/suppliers
Coordinate technical queries and design clarifications between the client, design team,
and construction/delivery teams
Assist in coordinating site inspections, walkdowns, and progress verification where required
Support close-out activities including as-built documentation, punch lists, and handover packages
Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve day-to-day package issues
How you can support CoMade
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years' experience in project delivery, contract administration, or package/construction coordination, ideally within an engineering or infrastructure environment
Working knowledge of project controls concepts (cost, schedule, change management)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)
Sound understanding of contract administration principles
HV substations experience
