We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work with our technology clients to identify business needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Full time permanent role.Key Responsibilities:- Consult with clients to identify and document business and system requirements- Analyse existing processes and recommend technology improvements- Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation- Liaise between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams- Support testing, implementation, and change management activities- Monitor and evaluate system performance against business objectivesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business,
