We are looking for an ICT Business Analyst to work with our technology clients to identify business needs, analyse processes, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Full-time permanent role.Key Responsibilities:- Consult with clients to identify and document business and system requirements- Analyse existing processes and recommend technology improvements- Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation- Liaise between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams- Support testing, implementation, and change management activities- Monitor and evaluate system performance against business objectivesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a business or systems analyst role- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience with requirements documentation, process mapping, or Agile methodologies- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience working in a consulting or client services workplace desirable
