service quality and positive client outcomesContributing to service improvements and team growth initiativesThis is a hands-on leadership role with a reduced caseload.About YouYou are someone who leads with empathy, communicates confidently, and enjoys helping others grow.You may currently be:A Team Leader looking for a more supportive and values-driven environmentORA Senior Rehabilitation Consultant ready to step into leadershipYou'll bring:5+ years' experience in Occupational RehabilitationStrong New Employer / Vocational Rehabilitation experienceLeadership, coaching or mentoring capabilityStrong NSW workers compensation knowledgeExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsA proactive and solutions-focused mindsetRelevant registration required: AHPRA or ASORCWhy Prudence Rehab?
