Riverside Cabin Park is looking for a friendly, switched-on Casual Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.Set in a relaxed cabin park setting, this is a purely front-office role to provide great guest service, smooth check-ins, and tidy bookings.Duties will include, but not be limited to:Check-in and check-out of cabin guestsManaging cabin bookings and reservationsEntering and maintaining bookings in RMS (property management system)Operating the telephone system and responding to enquiriesGeneral administration tasks as requestedSkills you need to succeed:Experience with RMS or a similar property management system (highly regarded)Self-motivated with high initiative and the ability to work autonomouslyAbility to establish rapport with peopleDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and privacyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding attention to detailAvailability to work a rotating roster, including weekends
