You will have dedicated support behind youKey Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 170 propertiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewalsManage outgoings across the portfolioEnsure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislationDeliver an exceptional standard of customer serviceTHE PERKSPortfolio is primarily local, minimizing travel time.Collaborative and supportive team environment with shared workloads.Team to support you; if you have leave or holidays, your emails won't be left to fill up while you're away!




Dedicated PM assistant and leasing consultants - you won't be overworkedOngoing training and mentorship provided by experienced leadership & department headStreamlined processes with modern technology to simplify your role.Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).
