Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking an organised Internal Service Sales Coordinator for the Minto branch. You'll support service operations from order processing to RMAs and CRM administration, acting as the bridge between Service, Sales, Finance, Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
You will maintain customer data in Simpro and Salesforce, process paperwork, and coordinate stock and deliveries with a customer-focused approach. Solid admin skills and experience with CRM systems are essential.
