You will partner with business stakeholders, project teams and technology teams to embed process optimisation, automation and AI considerations into business operations, project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract with opportunities for extension.What you'll doLead the assessment, design and optimisation of end-to-end business processes across the organisationProactively identify opportunities to eliminate, simplify and standardise processes prior to technology enablementFacilitate current-state and future-state process design activities to support improvement and enablement initiativesApply a structured decision hierarchy and promote a value-led approach to ensure value-driven solutionsSupport solutions including process automation and AI use cases such as document analysis, knowledge retrieval, content generation and decision supportAssess business value and feasibilityWork closely with Business Owners to embed automation and AI assessment into business cases and project concept proposalsWork closely with IT, vendors and digital teams to ensure technical feasibility, security and system integrationContribute to the ongoing refinement of AI governance controls as practical use cases emergeEnsure opportunities are appropriately assessed against organisational policies, risk requirements and governance processes05th August, ****Who are we?
