You'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, creating lasting relationships while contributing to the boutique's commercial success.This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised luxury brand that invests in its people and offers genuine career development within the luxury retail industry.Roster: Full-time rotating roster, including weekends and late-night trade where required.What You'll Be Responsible For* Delivering an exceptional luxury client experience from greeting through to after-sales service.
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
* Achieving individual sales targets and boutique KPIs.
* Providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.
* Maintaining impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
* Assisting with stock management and day-to-day boutique operations.




* Working collaboratively within a high-performing luxury retail team.What They're Looking For* Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
* A genuine passion for luxury menswear and exceptional client service.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A polished, professional presentation with high attention to detail.
* A sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve individual targets.
* Full-time availability, including weekends.Salary & Benefits* $60,000 + super.
