About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities,



giving you the flexibility to build your own roster while making a genuine difference.
Essential Criteria
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence (advantageous)
Current Manual Handling and CPR certificates
Current National Police Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of older Australians
Desirable Attributes
Empathetic and patient with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to adapt quickly in dynamic care environments
Committed to ongoing professional development
