We believe in striving for excellence and we know that the secret to our success is our incredible, high performing team.We are looking for a motivated, organised and productive Estimator to join our dynamic business based in our Smeaton Grange branch, you will report directly to the National Estimating Manager and play a pivotal role in our continued growth.Qualifications / Skills, experience and attributesExperience in residential building (this is highly desirable)Strong analytical, time management and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesReview and interpret engineering drawings,



geotechnical reports to determine optimal piling solutionsGood communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to influence, build and maintain networks with a range of stakeholdersAbility to work autonomously and liaise with internal departments as requiredPrevious experience using estimating software and systemsBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
