We need someone who believes in that mission, can communicate it with real passion and knows how to turn conversations into action.The opportunityAs our Membership Sales Consultant, you'll own the full sales journey, from the moment a new lead enters our business through to welcoming them into the MGF community.You'll speak with prospects, understand what they actually need, book them into trials and consultations, meet with them face-to-face and confidently recommend the right solution.You'll work across all MGF programs, build relationships within the local community and actively create new sales opportunities through referrals, partnerships, database reactivation and outbound prospecting.This is initially an individual sales role, but it has a genuine pathway toward becoming our Sales Manager, building a sales team and helping drive the future growth of MGF; including potential new locations, programs and products.What you'll be responsible forResponding quickly and confidently to new enquiriesBooking prospects into trials and face-to-face consultationsConducting consultations and facility toursUnderstanding each prospect's goals, challenges and motivationsRecommending and selling the right MGF membershipFollowing up consistently and professionallyManaging the complete sales journey from enquiry through to membershipRe-engaging previous leads and former membersGenerating referrals and new opportunitiesBuilding relationships with local businesses,

Some Saturday availability will be required when consultations, events or sales opportunities call for it.We care about results.
